It was my husband, Ryan, who had the idea that I take on an official role at R|W. As the company’s CEO, he’s always looking for ways to make positive changes. He said, “I need you to come help me take care of people.” That’s something I have a little experience in. I’ve been a registered nurse for more than two decades, and that means I’ve dedicated a lot of my life to helping others. I’m still helping others, but now I’m taking that experience and crossing over into the investment world.

I’m so proud to be a part of the staff at R|W. We really care about each other – and our clients. It comes down to building relationships and providing that personal touch, even if it’s something as simple as a handwritten note.

Ryan and I carry that philosophy over into our personal lives. We try to make an impact in our community and our church community. We are also very intentional about the time we spend with our two daughters. They’re the light of our lives, but they are also both teenagers, so they keep us on our toes! The same could be said about our young golden retriever, Maverick, who is just a bundle of energy and joy.
