I began my career with R|W as an intern, where I was immediately met with an environment rooted in support, collaboration, and growth. When I was offered the opportunity to join the team full-time, accepting was an easy decision. The company’s values, centered on service, integrity, and making a meaningful difference, resonate deeply with how I was raised: to help others, make an impact, and be a positive influence in the world.

My time at R|W has been both rewarding and inspiring. One theme that continues to stand out is the privilege of being involved in such an important and personal part of our clients’ lives. Witnessing the tangible outcomes of our work and the difference it makes is exceptionally fulfilling. I am dedicated to continued growth within the firm and look forward to contributing to our shared goals for years to come.

I earned my degree in Business Management from Boise State University and previously played collegiate baseball at George Fox University in Oregon. My passion for the game remains strong, and I continue to be involved through coaching, most recently serving as the varsity assistant coach at Emmett High School.

Outside of work, I enjoy taking advantage of Idaho’s many outdoor opportunities, from golfing to snowboarding.
