Here’s a little confession: I’m not a numbers person. That might sound a bit funny coming from someone who has spent more than 20 years in the financial services sector, but as a client services associate, my focus is entirely on the people behind the numbers.

When one of our clients calls with a question, or when big changes have to be made due to major life transitions, I have the great privilege of being present with them and tending to their needs. I absolutely love the one-on-one interactions I have with our clients — every day I go home knowing I’ve done my good deed for the day. I feel blessed to collaborate with co-workers who truly want to make a difference, too.

I’d like to tell you that when I arrive home I put up my feet and relax, but I’m afraid that’s just not my nature! I am always busy. My mother lives with me and my husband, and between them and our wide circle of friends there is always something going on. When I take time for myself I exercise for the sheer joy of it or escape into music.
